If you are looking at the rounded corners and the revised Quick Styles Gallery and such. Those come in Office 365,, not the perpetual license versions. There are virtually no changes to the interface between the 2019 and 2021 versions of Word.
There are also interface changes involved in Windows 11.
Only Word 2021 Quick Access Toolbar updated when i update from 2019 to 2021
I updated from 2019 to 2021. Only Word got updated to new UI and has new Customizing Quick Access Toolbar feature. Excel and PowerPoint does not have it. I have also tried Uninstalling and Installing it, but no result. ![248569-screenshot-2022-10-08-013713.png][1]![248603-screenshot-2022-10-08-013824.png][2] [1]: /api/attachments/248569-screenshot-2022-10-08-013713.png?platform=QnA [2]: /api/attachments/248603-screenshot-2022-10-08-013824.png?platform=QnA

2022-10-08T16:46:44.72+00:00 I'm not clear what you're trying to show with these screen shots. To customize the QAT in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, click on the icon that looks like a down-pointing arrowhead below a horizontal bar. It's the rightmost icon on the QAT. This is not a new feature of Office, it's been there beginning with Office 2010.
You can also customize the QAT using File>Options>Quick Access Toolbar. Please let us know if you've tried that.
