I am trying to integrate ServiceNow application within Viva Connections Dashboard as adaptive cards. I have been trying to find some link/solution which I can follow to setup the integration but unfortunately no proper solution I have been able to find.

Have you tried installing their adaptive cards from the servicenow store? https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/5c0c36c61bd538101a5465f3604bcb8b
We have also developed our own adaptive cards to interact with ServiceNow which allows users to view their incidents and generate new ones.
I have followed the process being mentioned in the pdf named "sn-ms-viva-integrations.pdf"in the link provided by you already but the final outcome doesn't show anything. I am attaching one screenshot of the adaptive card.
The adaptive card is coming but users are not able to view their incidents or generate any new ones.
Have you followed any process other than this one? Or any other steps?
