I got this message on some profiles while using the Migrate-vhd command.
Are there any options to see what files it is struggling with?

I had the same problem but I found out why in my case and I though I would share. This happened to me because I enlarged the VHDX of the user the first time with PowerShell Resize-VHD. Users that I did not use powershell to resize the VHDX but just frx.exe didn't have this problem.
*Make sure you have backups before taking this step:
My solution was to delete the profile and make a new profile for the user then it all worked fine.
