Teams Meeting- Cancelled Meeting Notifications

I cancelled a recurring meeting in Teams, and it continues to show meeting participants that the meeting is cancelled each day. Is there a way I can cancel the notifications from being sent?

    Send Cancellation through Outlook

    You can also make a cancellation through the Teams calendar,

    1. Going to the calendar
    2. Selecting the meeting and edit
    3. Edit this instance
    4. Cancel meeting

    You can ensure nobody receives a meeting cancellation notification by selecting the Work Offline Option. For more details, you can refer to:
