Re-publish version 1, users may need to uninstall version 2 but you could also deploy a script that checks for version 2 to uninstall first then have it install version 1.

We publish version 2 of the app, lets assume version 2 is causing errors and crashes.

Hello,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Can Store App user revert back to previous version of the application?
There is no such feature for Microsoft Store now. A workaround is that you could change the version number of version 1 to version 3 and publish the version 3. Users will auto update the app since version 3 is higher than version 2.
Thank you.
