Morning

I hope that you are well.

I use teams throuh my organisation with an @ health email address.

University and Tafe students are allocated to our hospital and a lot of them don't have a University email address.

I would like to setup in teams a space that each clinical Facilitator (45 of us) can add our students (8 students each for 2-4week placement block, then new group) to communicate professionally all in one place, instead of messenger, whatsapp etc.

I trialled remind, it worked well, but it's another app to use.

Is this possible? Students with no teams and personal email address to communicat useing our organisation teams account?

Yes, it is possible to set up a space in Microsoft Teams for your clinical facilitators to communicate with their students. You can create a team within your organization's Teams account and add the students as guests. Guests can access Teams without having a personal Microsoft account or an @health email address. They will need a valid email address to receive an invitation and join the team. This way, you can keep all communication with the students in one place and minimize the use of multiple messaging platforms.
