How do I know if a colleague has taken a course?

We have an internal Learning Management System but I would like to use the MS Viva Goals training. How can I see who has taken the course and whether they have completed it or not? Or do you have the ability to send SCIM files?

    Only managers can see how a person is doing with Viva Insights.
