OneDrive account has been locked. CAN NOT find the support person/ admin to unlock it.

Hi there,

my OneDrive account have been locked, but unfortunately I can't reach the admin or support person.

is it possible to unlock my account without admin/ support person to reset my password.

Hi Harvey,

If this is an organization account (work or school) then you will need to find who the Administrator is.

If this is a personal account you can follow the steps provided:

Please refer to Dillon S's suggestions.

If you are in a company, it is recommended to find the company's IT for help, but if the account was purchased from someone else, it is recommended to find the seller.
