Error while granting access - Enterprise Application - OneNote

Hi All.

I tried to grant access via Enterprise Application in Azure for third party migration tool Quest On Demand, but getting this error message: The app is trying to access a service 'xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx'(OneNote) that your organization 'xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxx' lacks a service principal for. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions or consent to the application in order to create the required service principal.

Also, I tried to change the subscription directory based on the article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-ca/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/active-directory-how-subscriptions-associated-directory but still no luck.

Just want to point out that I granted consent for Graph with no issues. The only one that having issues is OneNote.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    As you have tried all the settings and recommendations, I will request you to recheck the permissions and allow the Enterprise Apps OneNote - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/office/office-365-api/how-to/onenote-auth-appperms

    If this does not help I will suggest you to raise a support case with Microsoft over here - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/support/create-ticket/
