In MS Teams, using the MS Issues Reporting application. It is installed within a team. I have users and admins who can access everything from MS Teams on the desktop. However, when on a mobile device (iPhone), we are seeing different results. 2 people can access the Issue Reporting tab and 2 people cannot access the Issue Reporting tab. They are getting the message: Oops! This application needs to be configured for use with Tasks. Please contact your manager.
MS Teams, Power Apps, Outlook, To Do, Edge are all installed on the iPhone through the company portal. Folks with Google Pixel and iPhones do have access to the Issues Reporting tab without the error message.
I did try to create a new channel and install the app there and go the same results. I also have this installed in a totally different team with the same error message. However, when testing a few weeks ago, it did work on the iPhone.
I have looked at all the settings as the admin and it does not make sense why I can access it on the desktop but not the iPhone. Any help would be great.
