hi,

I am posting this on behalf of our Teams admin. We tried recently to add the Walkie Talkie app to the organisation's apps following the steps in the guides, however, the app (which can only be found on the actual Teams client through the Built by Microsoft category and not when you search for it) refuses to start/be added showing the "this app cannot be found" error message as can be seen below. The app is indeed allowed on the admins centre, but we cannot manage to add it.

I too am having the same exact issue, and I am the admin for my organization, the app is allowed in the manage apps, but under the setup policy global add app it will not appear in that list either to allow the members access to it in terms for mobile. We have ms365 business standard licenses for all our users.

    Hi @Safouen Azouzi

Are you searching in Teams for Windows?

If yes, please note that this app is intended for mobile.

I also tested in my lab in Teams for Windows and got the same result.

To deploy this app, please follow the guide in this documentation: Walkie Talkie app in Microsoft Teams

You may need to assign a setup policy to users to pin this app for them.

    Hi.

We are an NHS Trust on a 'shared' tenant and use ‘N365’, a cut back version of the full O365 portal and have the same issue.

Some users see it, some don’t, despite having the same licence.
