Error in edge windows 10; chromiom version

When i browser amazon.es or amazon.co.uk or amazon.de the proces is shown in American dollars. When i browser the same pages with Firefox i get the correct prices in euro or pound Sterling.
The price is the same, just the currency figure is different. If i buy the price i pay is the correct figure and in euro if spain and Germany. Ponnds from England.
I have not been able to find a clue to solve the problem.
The problem arrived after I was at amazon in US.

Can anybody give a way to clear the error. It is not possible in the normal settings of currency in Windows or edge.

Which version of Edge are you using? Have you logged in when you test this on Edge and on Firefox? I didn't reproduce the issue on Edge Chromium or on Edge Legacy.
Please check the address bar to see if it redirects to amazon.com when you try to browse amazon.es or amazon.co.uk or amazon.de and tell us the result. Besides, you can try to test on other machine's Edge browser to see if the issue persistes. I think it's more related with your amazon currency settings, it says it will store the currency you selected for your card and display on that currency.

Yes, I am logged in, and it is not in the settings of currency on my pc, or in the settings of amazon. The problem i have realisere is at any online shop i go to with my new last Update edge.
When i use Firefox i DI not have the problem.
Currency settings in edge is danish kroner.
With amazon i hav always paid in the currency of the country.

The default currency in edge is euro, and that is the same currency of the credit card i use and is saved with my usual amazon.es.

i had a software guy here to try to help me out, he gave up.

Maybe i should uninstall edge, is that possible in a safe way, win 10 is dependant on the browser.
I really hope to get an advise to correct it.

Today I googled to find that it is easy to reset the new chrome edge. So that is what I did.
Wupti the false us dollars has disappeared, and I still get the Spanish Amazon in English.

I do use auto translation, and it does not translate currency, which it should not do as it does not calculate from one currency to another.

So, there is a setting in the browser that you cannot reach from keyboard.

Now I see Danish kroner in Denmark, British pound sterling in UK, Euro in Spain and Germany. Isn't it fantastic!

I was so happy, as I thought that I got rid of the problem.

This morning I bought a hobby machine from a Spanish dealer. The price was in euro.
When I went to pay it was still in Euro, when I put in the details of my credit card and accepted to buy it went to American dollar sign.
The confirmation sent by mail from dealer was in euro, and the amount taken from my account was correct in euro.

it really is a riddle, and annoying.

I have been to the bank, they tested the credit card in their system and found no errors.

As the issue can be solved by resetting Edge Chromium at first and appears again after that, I think there might be some software or virus in your machine that can change the setting of Edge browser automatically. I suggest you to use some antivirus software and check for the suspicious software that might change browser settings. I also suggest that you turn off all the extensions of Edge browser and try to test again.
