Hyper-V VM can't start because of low memory

Question

When I try to start virtual machine, it says enough memory is not available. I have 8 GB of RAM and A virtual machine fails to start even sometimes with 1 GB of ram or less. Most of them are occupied. I tried disabling startup apps but the result remains the same. Even After a reboot I fail to run a VM with 4 GB of memory. But in the earlier days with Hyper-V on this device VMs with 4 GB of RAM could start easily. VMware workstation or VirtualBox VMs can start even if I have less RAM, But Hyper-V requires more than I configured for the VM.

How much RAM of your total 8GB is currently in use?

Remember that the host operating system reserves a certain amount of memory.

Are the Hyper-V virtual machines configured with static, or dynamic memory? If dynamic memory, how much minimum RAM is configured?

Hi，

If the Hyper V host has enough free memory for the VM to start, while we still get the error, please check if there's any unreleased vmconnection.exe in the task manager that uses the memory, if yes, please end the unusable VMconnection.exe task
