Hi how will I transfer my files from my old microsoft account. I am currently enrolled in USU and wondering do I have to pay to use the features in this new portal thank you

    Here is a Microsoft Power Automate template, "Copy files from one OneDrive account or folder to another", maybe it could help you.
    (Please note, the flow only works for transferring files, not folders.)

    • You need to sign up with a work or school email, then add your 2 accounts, and go to next step.
    • There would be 2 boxes, one is "When a file is created", another one is "Create file". You may switch the account via clicking the 3 dots icon.
    • Then the more detailed steps please refer to "Superbomby" last reply in "Transfer files between two different onedrive accounts."

    Otherwise, you need to download all the files that you want to transfer and synchronize them with your new OneDrive account.
