Based on the screenshot, you still at SCCM 1602 version which has already reached the end of support many years ago. If you have enough time, I would suggest to you to prepare a Windows Server 2022, install a recent supported SQL Server, install a new SCCM platform using the latest baseline available version SCCM 2303 and migrate all your devices/apps/policies from the existing 1602 platform to the new one.
Otherwise, you can still do in-console upgrades to get to a supported version and for the operating system (Windows Server 2012), take the necessary backups (Site Server, CMDB, snapshots, VM backup etc) and proceed with an in-place upgrade to 2016, then to 2019/2022. But don't forget to check your SQL Server version.
