Viva Insights spinning and not loading content

When opening the Viva Insights page in Chrome, Edge or via the Teams app, the page opens but fails to load content 99% of the time. Sometimes, after 10 mins or so the content loads, but I'm then unable to do anything, eg, try to book focus times just errors saying 'something went wrong'. I have cleared the local device Teams cache and the browser caches and still doesn't work.

    I shall suggest you to clear cache.

    For Microsoft Teams:

    1. Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key

    +R.

    1. In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.
    2. Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.
    3. Restart Teams.
