Hi,

Good Day,

We have provisioned Citrix HVDI and allocated 20 GB space per users on centeralized shares for user's profile. We have set quota for each user to use only 20 GB profile. This profile is being saved on network location in form of username.vhd file. So in this VHD file user have only around 5-6 GB data but on server side where profile resides is showing 20 GB used. So how can we reset this .VHD file with actual uses? Also is there any way by which this can be set automatically so when uses go high its utilization should high and when uses go down it's utilization should low just like a normal quota for a shared folder.

Thanks in Advance.

Vinod

    Hello,

The reason for this is that the quota of the user's stora is reserved for the user and thus showing as 20GB even if the file storage is less. This is intended to respect the reserved space since quota is not only a limit of usage but also a reservation.
