User Authentication issue.

Hi Experts,

I have recently deployed Fortigate Firewall 60e on my premises although all rules and web filter seems to be working fine we are having an issue with the user who authenticates with Microsoft Active Directory Domain controller below is our environment.

We have a single forest and single domain with multiple sites based domain controllers and user authenticate through domain controller to access resources.

Our laptop users are facing an issue that they do not shutdown/sign out system daily they just hibernate systems close the laptop Lid and in next morning open lid of the laptop and provide a password and start working but their internet is not working and they call IT to support so every time we have to ask them to sign out system sign again to authenticate for the internet to work.

it looks like that after on computer from hibernate user login from the cache due to which the agent install on domain controller unable to create a session with user resulting user not able to access the internet

Is there any settings in Domain Controller or Policy by which a user must authenticate although hibernate system

According to our description, we have recently deployed Fortigate Firewall 60e on the premises. So is there the user authentication issue before we deployed this firewall appliance?

We could kindly have a check of our network card deployment. Please Make sure the box is unchecked for Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
