How about opening the browser in private mode? Does the error persist when accessing OWA?
Also, for your questions” M365 - OWA crashed again?”, I tried searching a lot but so far haven’t seen similar reports about this error. Are other users in your tenant having the same issue? Or you can check service health dashboard via M365 admin portal.
