No Bing Spelling Suggestions for Hebrew Strings

Question

I have tried using the Bing Spellcheck API for Hebrew and it has never once returned a single suggestion or result when trying to query with Hebrew strings.

I have tested English, French, Italian and all of these seem to be working as intended.

Here is one example of a Hebrew query I tried to make:

https://api.bing.microsoft.com/v7.0/spellcheck?text=אני+רורה+בננאת&setLang=he&mode=proof

The word רורה should be flagged as incorrect and I expect Bing to offer a suggestion but no matter how many sentences in Hebrew I throw at it, it always returns me zero results or suggestions.

I have tried this query with and without the mode param, I've tried various market params, none of these have had any effect. Please advise.

@Jordan A I see the reference document of bing spell check does not include Hebrew under market codes but I tried to use the code "He-IL" to check if there is a response. Surprisingly, for mode "spell" I see the text you mentioned being flagged. Please check this scenario to test if this works for you.
