Cpu intel core i7 11700 can install Windows Server 2022 Standard?

I have a computer like below:

• Main: Asus TUF gaming B660-Plus Wifi
• CPU: Core i7 11700 - 8 Cores 16 Threads up to 4.9 GHz
• RAM: 2 x DDR4 8Gb
• SSD: 500Gb (PCIe)
• HDD: 2Tb

I have the following 2 questions:

1/ I want to install Windows Server 2022 Standard on this computer, can I install it?

2/ And the number of Windows Server 2022 Standard 2 Core license pack I have to buy is 4 correct ?

1.Yes, you can.

2.Yes, you will need to buy 4 Windows Server 2022 Standard 2 Core license packs to license your computer. Windows Server 2022 Standard and Datacenter editions are licensed based on the number of physical cores on the server2. A minimum of 16 core licenses are required for each server, regardless of the number of cores on the server2. Since your CPU has 8 cores, you will need to buy 8 core licenses, which are equivalent to 4 Windows Server 2022 Standard 2 Core license packs.
