We are currently using FSLogix with our Citrix servers, three are using Server 2012 because of legacy applications. We have a few HP Laserjet M404-405 servers installed and after the VDX servers restart, we have to delete all the profiles of users that use these particular printers because they no longer function. Printing policies are in citrix, printers are installed on a file server. Once we delete the FSLogix profiles and they recreate there is no longer a printing issue. We have to use the V4 print driver version, the generic HP one does not work for this model.
I don't know what the incompatibility is. We can't update to the latest version of FSLogix because it is a 2012 server so we are on the latest functional update. We have many printers and this is the only model that causes issue.
