If User A has a Viva Insights license and full access or Send as access to User B's mailbox, should user A be able to see open rates considering the sent email only shows in user A's mailbox? There is no documentation on the web I could find for this scenario.

FWIW, user B also have the Viva Insights license. So far in testing, user A can only see the open rates for the email user A sends from her mailbox and not getting open rates for the user she sends as. Are there any solutions?

    Hi @Eichler, Kurt

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research, i found the below information:

If the email is sent from a delegated mailbox with "send on behalf" permission, the delegate can see the read statistics.

    User's image

It's suggested that you could change the delegate permission to "send on behalf" to check if there're any differences.
