Hello
FSLogix is designed to store a complete user profile in a single container. This container is dynamically attached to the computing environment using natively supported Virtual Hard Disk (VHD) and Hyper-V Virtual Hard disk (VHDX).
However, it’s not explicitly mentioned in the FSLogix documentation whether two virtual disks can be attached to the same profile. The standard configuration involves redirecting the entire Windows user profile into a single VHD.
If you want to separate system data and application data, you might need to consider a different strategy or use additional tools. For instance, you could use App Volumes (in case of VMware Horizon) or App Layering (in case of Citrix) for application management, while FSLogix can be used for profile management.
