W10 RDS user file explorer pin to quick acces disappearing
Hi all,
One of our customers has an issue that the pin to quick access files in the file explorer are disappearing every 2 weeks or so.
They have multiple RDS servers with a Broker. So, the user has a roaming profile and an FSLogix profile.
We’ve tried the following:
Giving the user a new FSLogix and Roaming profile
Running commands in CMD like del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent* & del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations* & del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations*. The user does not get a local profile. FSLogix and Roaming Profile works fine. So, we are quite confused to why this is happening. Does anyone have some things we can try or has a solution?
