I've been troubleshooting this issue for the last 3 days having a really tough time figuring out a solution. When I'm playing World of Warcraft my computer will black screen and start rebooting. I've been eyeing event viewer and I get these errors.

6062 - Lso was triggered (event ID 6062)

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID (Event ID 10016)

{6B3B8D23-FA8D-40B9-8DBD-B950333E2C52}

and APPID

{4839DDB7-58C2-48F5-8283-E1D1807D0D7D}

to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID (S-1-5-19) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Its not the same CLSID and APPID every time like this one. (event ID 10016)

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

to the user DESKTOP-23EUJL2\emaye SID (S-1-5-21-360728780-3571719743-3605834236-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool

Then I'll get this error (10010)

The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

this reddit post seems to be a similar problem but the solution that is given to uninstall KB5032189 but I don't see that same code in my Control Panel // Programs and Features mine show up as KB5032278

This only seemed to start happening when I reinstalled windows. I tried reinstalling again after that figuring something might have gone wrong, used DDU as well as uninstalling the chipset then reinstalled the drivers, also tried a few solutions I read to go into regedit and adjust permissions on the specific CLSID and APPID codes. This computer restart happens only when playing a videogame and seemingly random

I apologize that this is a long winded post but I figure the more information the better. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I asked the poster if he had fixed it, but looks like I found a fix for myself before getting an answer from them. I deleted all Xbox and GameBar related applications from the system using a third party software, and that did not stop the crashing, but what did stop the crashing was reducing the GPU maximum speed in MHz in the Adrenalin Software (GPU speed to be exact, not VRAM speed. It can be found in the Performance Tab, Tuning Tab within the Performance Tab, and turning on Manual Tuning. It should be under GPU Tuning.). You may want to look up the boost speed of your GPU in the official AMD website and set the maximum to 50 to 100 MHz below the boost. Other than this, I'd strongly recommend not touching the voltages. I am certain that this was a software issue since I only had this issue with Assassin's Creed Mirage, so, the fix would ultimately have to game from AMD and the game manufacturers, but what really stopped the crashes (so far) was disabling the Multi-Plane Overlay in the registry. With the link below (yes, it is from Nvidia, but works for both AMD and the former) you can download the registry settings, open it, and then restart your PC. Please make sure to set up a System Restore point before attempting the suggested steps above. Good luck!
