I have a couple of HP updates that keep failing. HP has suggesting using the Show or Hide updates tool, but I can't find out where to download that for my Windows 11 Desktop PC. Where can I download this tool?

I have the same problem. 2 Hewlett Packard updates are constantly trying to install, but fail each time with an Install Error Code 0x80070103.
If there is a "Show and Hide" facility within Windows 11, I'd really like to try this.\
I sepnt over an hour on the phone to HP, and to say they were unhelpful was an understatment.
And Windows Update has been continuously telling me I have to install these updates ever since Windows 10 came out.
Can anyone help to solve this maddening problem?
