Support request for suspicious activity on my Microsoft account (Abusive billing: 155,599.37 USD)

Dear Microsoft Support, I am writing to request assistance with my Microsoft account. Recently, I noticed suspicious activity on my account, including the creation of several resource groups that I did not initiate. I received a bill for $155,599.37, which is unusual for my typical usage. When I checked my account, I discovered that around ten resource groups had been created without my consent. I immediately deleted these groups, but new groups were created shortly after. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised and used for unauthorized purposes. I would greatly appreciate your help in investigating this matter. I want to understand how these resource groups were created and how I can secure my account to avoid incidents like this in the future.
