Getting issue in network connection in my Private Vm

I am trying to create a private Vm then connecting it using a bastion. I created a Vm in a subnet which is attached to a NAT, NSG and a route table. I am connecting this Vm with a bastion server. I am getting issue in internet connectivity inside the Vm. Whenever I remove this mannualy created route table it works properly.
Can anyone please help me out what should I rectify in my route table.

I understand you are facing network connection issues from your VM . I see that you have mentioned you added the screenshot of the route table but I am unable to locate it. Can you please share it again?

Can you also check the effective routes on the VM and validate that there is a more specific route present which allows the communication between Azure VM and bastion resource?

Thank you for getting back and apologies for the delay here.

Based on the route added above, as you have set the default route (0.0.0.0/0) to NVA as the next hop. Usually on NVA's there is a default deny applied on the traffic. Can you please validate if the NVA is not blocking the internet connectivity?

If because of this route if you are unable to connect to the VM using bastion. Can you also check the effective routes on the VM and validate that there is a more specific route present which allows the communication between Azure VM and bastion resource?
