I want to know for any version of SQL Server what is the difference between these two kind of support?

Mainstream Support:All security updates, new feature developments, and complimentary support are provided during Mainstream Support.
Extended Support: During the extended support, Microsoft still provides all security updates. However, unlike mainstream support, product design change or new feature addition requests are not accepted and complimentary support is not provided.

...and if any company has 'Mainstream Support' then will it be eligible for 'Extended Support' automatically or there is any additional clause to get 'Extended Support'?
Yes. It will be eligible for Extended Support automatically. However, the details are determined by the type of support and the product you selected.
