Azure Synapse Link with F&O missing tables

Hello,

I'm facing this problem with synapse link, I did:

  • Connect F&O environment with power apps.
  • Established an incremental link with data lake.
  • I can see D365 Finance and Operation in the list of tables in manage tables of the link.

My problem is i can't find all the F&O tables in the list, i did follow Microsoft guide where i should go to (power apps --> advanced settings --> advanced search --> select available finance and operation tables --> search for the entity and set its visible to true) but i can't even find the table in the advanced search and the table isn't a custom table.

Please keep in mind:

  • It's a table and not an entity.
  • It's not a custom table.

Can someone help please, thanks in advance.

    Hi @Ameer Jaber

Thank you for reaching out to the community forum with your query.

As I understand that you are unable to find all the F&O tables in the list while establishing an incremental link with data lake. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    • Check if the table is available in the data lake. If it is not available, you need to synchronize the table with the data lake.
    • Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access the table in the F&O environment and the data lake.
    • Check if the table is available in the Synapse workspace. If it is not available, you need to create a linked service for the data lake in the Synapse workspace and then create a dataset for the table.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
