How can I access BC365 30 day trial with a personal email address to be able to study for my BC365 cert

Hi,
I've read the help information here and I know I can't use a hotmail email address to start a 30 day trial of BC365. But I'm not working currently so I have no other email address. I started a 30 day trial of microsoft 365 but that is using my hotmail email address as well.
How can I study for the BC365 Functional Consultant Certification if I can't access BC365 to practise and learn on?
Is there a way around this? A solution?
