Error creating compute instance and cluster on new Azure account

New account.

While using Azure AI | Machine Learning Studio -> Compute, when I create either a new compute instance or cluster, it says "Failed - An internal server error occurred. If the problem persists, contact support.".

I have not been able to create any compute instance or cluster. Any suggestions?
