Microsoft please answer for people to know.
I am creating separate Microsoft Case for this, but you will prevent more cases open once public statements given, etc.
We did have the clipchamp in our Organization working until recently and we do have E5 License (Microsoft 365 E5 and also 365 E5 Extra Features) and Microsoft Clipchamp is ticked as On in all cases under the license.
The Clipchamp now however does not work for anyone in Organization.
The Online version from All Apps is causing this. (When using for example the App Clipchamp, that does not work either, but works ok for Private Microsoft Account)
We do not restrict Clipchamp from Admin side.
Thank you
Microsoft Clipchamp is not available for me!
When I log in to Microsoft Clipchamp with my Microsoft account, I get an error message that says: "Microsoft is not available for you. Please contact a Microsoft employee!

2024-07-30T14:03:18.07+00:00 We just went through a mostly similar scenario today.
Using the web app, through the microsoft365.com website worked for Personal or Corporate account.
Using the standalone app on Win11 systems took some head-banging to understand, but I think it's a matter of MS authentication not talking to itself.
On a machine joined to and managed by Intune, when you log onto that machine you are logged in using your corporate account; thus opening all associated apps with sso basically. When launching the app, it presented us with the option of using the SSO account (top option), then optionally a private account, and lastly a work account.
Choosing the top option, it said no soup for you. Then choosing the bottom option that allows you to manually enter your work account, it worked. Then it got weird.
Signing out of the app, then attempting to log into the app using the SSO option, it now worked, but then the manual option would not. Toggling back and forth between the SSO and manual option it bounced between yes and no, until a few minutes had passed, then either option worked.
