Always On VPN - SSTP connection, connect and quick disconnect

On our Always on VPN solution we are experiencing the following issue for SSTP connections for user tunnel,
User gets connected just fine
After 1-2 minutes, user gets disconnected automatically
This can occur 2-3 times before it's possible to establish permanent connection. Troubleshooting shows this in logs,
Application log on client (EventID 20226): The user Test01 dialed a connection named AlwaysOn which has terminated. The reason code returned on termination is 829.
VPN Server Log (EventID 20272): The user Test01 connected on port VPN1-1021 on 20.04.2024 at 14:57 and disconnected on 20.04.2024 at 14:58. The user was active for 1 minutes 20 seconds. 40013 bytes were sent and 16520 bytes were received. The reason for disconnecting was user request.
The tunnel used was WAN Miniport (SSTP). The quarantine state was .
NPS Server Log: Nothing is logged, apart from the successful connection
