Problem connecting to VPN using Azure VPN from work laptop

I am the only one of the team who could not connect to VPN. Encountered error message is "Status: Server did not respond properly to VPN Control Packets".

Date and time is synchronized

Azure VPN Client is allowed on firewall

Tried updating WAN Miniport adapters

AzureVpnCxn.logAzureVpnClient.log

    • Is this the entire error message?
      • Was there a Session State present in the error message?
    • When you say only you are facing this issue,
      • Is the issue isolated to a single remote PC or is it reproducible with every remote PC?
      • Is this issue happening with a single user or is it reproducible with every user?
    • i.e., the above will help us isolate if this a user issue or device issue
    • I would suggest you to download the VPN Configuration once again and import the file (not manually fill the configuration) into the Azure VPN Client App and try again.
    • Your error seems to be related to a mismatch in ServerSecret
