How do i cancel my Teams work subscription?

I cannot cancel my Teams subcription because my email are not accepted as login for the Microsoft 365 admin center. But I received a confirmation for the subscription on the same email? How do I cancel?

I have exactly the same problem, how can I cancel subscription when it allows me to sign in using my email, then it asks for it again and says it isn't recognised?

I also get invoices for Teams but there's nothing in the subscription section. I can't login to Microsoft 365 Admin as my email address, which is being charged monthly, isn't recognised.

I am experiencing the same issues, have been issued an invoice with no contact details and by a 'no-reply' email. The website Q&A is worse than useless. logging in does not recognise my email of phone number but funnily enough for the 365 basic it does. why is this. I wish to cancel my subscription but can't get through any stages to do so. The AI assistant is equally inefficient

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. The monthly Teams subscription is paid and Microsoft confirm this by email. When I use this email address to try to login (to cancel the sub) it doesn't recognise my email address. When I login to my Microsoft 365 subscription there is no record of me having a Teams subscription, so I can't follow the Moderator's advice. Online chat useless. Attempts to get through to support by phone failed altogether. I've put a block on the monthly payment; maybe someone from Microsoft will make contact, and perhaps even someone I can talk to!

Unfortunately I have not been able to cancel my subscription for the same thoughts as above. I have tried for hours to read through Q&A and again does not recognise my email or phone number so it leaves me no choice but to block any further payment. I do wonder how legal this is.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

In Microsoft 365 admin center, Locate the Teams subscription you want to cancel. On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, select Cancel subscription.

If you are within the grace period to cancel, select a reason for cancellation, provide optional feedback, then select Cancel subscription.
If you are outside the grace period, you can only turn off recurring billing. In the "Canceling your subscription" pane, select "edit the recurring billing settings" and then turn off recurring billing.

I am unable to cancel my subscription. I can log in to teams OK using my email, but when I try to access my account it asks for my email again and then tells me it isn't recognised. What can I do now?
