We have setup a dashboard as Viva Connection page on Teams. For a few Teams mobile users in our organization, the Viva Connections page is not loading and gets a blank white screen or stuck at "Getting the content ready for you".

When we close and relaunch the Teams mobile app, it sometimes work but sometimes don't.

I have tried a few things from my side, like Sign Out and Re-sign into Teams. Teams re-installation - but it makes no difference.

I have observed on one of the affected mobile devices is that, when we close the apps running in background from app slider, it worked for that user but not for all users.

Question : Does Viva Connections page loading depends on Mobile's RAM utilization (obviously it depends on the Network Speed) ?

    Hi @Rohan Gupta

The issue you are experiencing with the Viva Connections page not loading on the Teams mobile app could be due to a number of factors. Network speed and device performance (including RAM utilization) can affect application load times.

Typically, if a device's RAM is heavily used, it can slow down the performance of all applications on the device, including Teams and Viva Connections.
