Recent Files on Microsoft Word and PowerPoint from work account without being logged in (Mac)

Question

I logged in to my work account (on Teams) on my home iMac a long time ago and promptly disconnected from it.

None of my Microsoft Office programmes are logged in to my work account at all, yet when I click on them to create new documents via my desktop, the Recent Files are ones from my work computer's SharePoint.

I repeat: my iMac is not logged into my work Office365 account at all in any of the programmes, yet the Recent Files from work are still showing up here. My OneDrive is not at all logged in to my work account; when I go to log in to OneDrive, my work e-mail address pops up as a suggested log in, prompting me to enter the password, and I can't make my iMac forget this.

I have logged in to my personal OneDrive and Office365 and this does not get rid of the work files in my Recent Files.

Please can somebody help?

Please make sure the work account keychain is deleted.

Then please remove these files individually from recent files list by touching each file within the list, you may go to the three dots on each file and "remove from recent".
