I have done fresh installation of project server 2019.
current server is also project server 2019.
Please let me know how to do restore DB of current server into new server.

1.Here are three methods to backup and restore project server: SQL Server tools, SharePoint Central Administration and Microsoft PowerShell.

please let me know I developed new environment and provisioned PWA.
if I take only backup below databases
sharepoint_config
wss_content
and restore it new environment. then all projects will show in project center
or I need to Un provisioned PWA and then after restore above mentioned databases and then provision PWA again.
Backup sharepoint_config and wss_content databases and restore them into new environment. Then all projects will show in the project center.
