1.What kind of Autopilot mode do you configure.
2.What kind of app do you want to deploy? Could you share the app download link?
3.What type of app do you deployed to the device? Win32 or LOB? If it is Win32, please check if there exist related error message in IME log. Location: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs.
