Some members of our organization are encountering an unusual issue with the Teams Mobile Application. When they are on a standard phone call and receive a Teams call, the ongoing phone call is disconnected.

Do you have any insights into why this might be happening?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

As a user from the Teams client settings (which you can access by clicking on the 3 dots next to your profile pic at the top right of Teams) you can modify your call answering settings as shown below.

User's image A better option though would be to ask your admin to set the busy on busy options in the teams calling policy as per -

    Hi @Oliver Funke

Thanks for the detailed case description. If you receive a Microsoft Teams call while you are on a standard phone call, your current call will be disconnected to receive the new Teams call/

We will give you some suggestions as follows:

    1. You can manage agents, set up voicemail, and more in settings to optimize your calling experience.
    2. You can try updating Teams to the latest version or uninstall and reinstall it.
    3. Check your mobile device settings to change the priority of Teams notifications.
