1.Ensure that you’ve met all hardware and software requirements for SharePoint Server 2016 or 2019 on your application server
2.Check the ULS log located at (for SharePoint 2016) or the corresponding path for SharePoint 2019.C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\16\LOGS
