Why is Azure, which I never asked for, now blocking my browser?

All of a sudden Azure, was here to fore unknown to me, is blocking my web browser from my known acceptable sites. I never, I repeat, never, asked for this App, nor gave MS permission to install it. MS is managed by a bunch of idiots and I will hold this against MS from here on out. DON'T use your position of control (that I never really knowingly gave you) to make actions w/o asking me. Let me add, from here on out don't ask me because the answer is no.

Gary Phetteplace, I regret for the inconvenience that you are facing, but Azure is not an app which can be installed on your machine. It is a cloud computing platform which allows you to create resources in the cloud (for example a VM in Microsoft data center) and access it from your machine though remote connection.

If you could please share additional details of the symptom (may be a screenshot or error message that you are seeing), we could try to help you out with the issue.

Sorry for any inconvenience. We would like to troubleshoot this issue for you. Could you please share the error message (or screenshot) that shows the website has been blocked by Azure? As Anurag has said, Azure is just a cloud platform for management. If you are blocked by Azure to access some website, it means your Microsoft Edge or device is managed by your Azure administrator. Do you have the Azure Active Directory account (also known as Entra ID now) logged into your device or Microsoft Edge?

This is the message

"403 Forbidden

I'm not using MS Edge as a browser, or anything if I can help it. This computer is mine, I'm the administrator, I'm self employed and have no IT person. Could the problem stem from the website?

Also, really I don't care what Azure is or where it resides. I did not take any action to use/access it.

Hi @Gary Phetteplace ,

Since you are not aware of any Azure management and you are the administrator, I believe the problem has nothing to do with your end.

This problem to me looks more like stemming from the website you are trying to access. If you have this 403 error only on that website, or any other website that is related to it, I would suggest you contact the site owner to see if they have somehow blocked your access via Azure application gateway. The error message you have provided often leads to that possibility.

I have no problem accessing that website from another machine. That tells me it's something specific to the computer combined with that website as so far I've only encountered the problem with that website. The website is: https://www.liquorandwineoutlets.com/It must have thousand of visits a day.

I have no problem accessing this website. You mentioned that you were not using Edge as a browser. What is your current browser? Have you tested in other browsers?
