Hi,
We are facing issues with teams webhook very frequently.
We have created a teams channel and then an incoming webhook to post messages to the channel. Initially it started working fine but from last one month, it is frequently giving issues and we are not able to post messages. Below is the error we are getting while sending messages to the webhook
Http response from Teams webhook: Webhook message delivery failed with error: Microsoft Teams endpoint returned HTTP error 403 with ContextId tcid=0,server=msgapi-production-ejp-01-0,cv=IW7GZGyyFkG+gdpu/Yef1w.001=2..,
We have tried deleting the webhook and recreated but that does not work aswell.
Could someone please help in how we can resolve this issue with incoming webhooks.

The error message you are encountering, "Microsoft Teams endpoint returned HTTP error 403," indicates a forbidden error when trying to deliver a message via an incoming webhook which can occur due to various reasons, such as incorrect permissions, misconfigured settings, or issues with the webhook URL.
Is this issue specific to only this webhook URL or is it happening generally with other webhooks as well?

2024-05-27T07:33:08.16+00:00 @Prasad-MSFT the issue is with this webhook only. this worked fine for 2 to 3 days but after that suddenly stopped working 403- errir. we are not sure what has been changed from the teams side. could you please suggest what we can do to resolve this issue? we have already deleted channel and recreated with new webhook.again its failing. Also you are talking about permissions, we did not change any configurations and it was working fine earlier. We already endup with deleting & creating of multiple channels to resolve this issue. Every time deleting & creating webhook is not the ideal solution for us

we tried to send messages from postman. there also we are getting 403 error but we have no idea how it worked for few days and stopped working now

2024-05-31T13:07:35.44+00:00 A Hareesh - We are not able to repro this at all from our side. If we get the webhook URL along with tenant id details, we can raise an ICM for this, however sharing webhook URL via this thread will impose security risk.
