Hello I am trying to download the secure GDK that allows development for Xbox. This is mentioned on all of the relevant pages, which I have access to even the "permissioned" pages.
Every single link ultimately takes me here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/gdk
But this page is blank. The download does not seem to exist. How can I develop for the Xbox console? As far as I know, I have the appropriate permission and my organization definitely has access to it.

If you or your employer doesn't have a valid Microsoft Game Development Kit (GDK) Agreement, you're not authorized to use these files. You can contact the **Xbox Support **for help.

From looking at the GDK development downloads document, we can find:
Use of all files downloaded and installed from the downloads page is subject to the terms and conditions of the Xbox Game Development Kit Agreement between Microsoft Corporation or its affiliate, and you or your employer. If you or your employer doesn't have a valid Microsoft Game Development Kit (GDK) Agreement, you're not authorized to use these files.
If you have a valid GDK agreement, please directly contact the Xbox Support. Thanks for your understanding!
