Hello,
If the Italian language is not appearing as an option for speech recognition, it indicates that the necessary language pack for speech recognition in Italian might not be installed or properly configured.
Verify Installation of the Italian Language Pack
- Open Settings:Press
Windows + I
to open the Settings app. - Time & Language: Go to "Time & Language".
- Language & Region:Under "Preferred languages", check if "Italian" is listed. If not, click on "Add a language" and add "Italian".
- Language Options: Click on "Italian", then click on "Language options". Ensure that the "Speech" component is installed. If not, install it.
If you still don't see Italian as an option, try removing the Italian language pack and then re-adding it:
- Go to "Settings" > "Time & Language" > "Language & Region".
- Select "Italian" and click "Remove".
- Add "Italian" again and ensure all components, including "Speech", are installed.
