routing and remote access specified file not found on windows server 2022

RRAS Immediately Terminates, File not found error.And I see this message:

Le moniteur Services est passé de l’état HEALTHY à l’état UNHEALTHY le 2024-05-30 à 03:46 sur ACMMSRV. Les ID heuristiques des échecs pour le changement d’état de Services sont c0000001.
