Error publishing notebook.

I am trying to publish my notebook. I get the following error :

CreateOrUpdateNotebook failed: BadRequest. The operation failed because the entity “notebookA” is being renamed to “notebookB”. A retry of rename from exact source to target may work”.

It looks like my previous renaming of a notebook didn’t complete successfully.

Please help.

Are you connected to git repository here?

If yes, you can try the beow options.

Use the 'Overwrite live mode'

Disconnect/reconnect the Git Repository

Publish using a different publish branch

did you try renaming "notebookA" to "notebookB" again?

and make sure there are no existing notebooks with the name "notebookB" which could be causing a conflict

also you can try renaming "notebookA" to a different temporary name and then rename it to "notebookB" and see if it works

Thanks. I decided to rebuild the environment and ensure we link it to a git repo instead of using synapse live.

I am having same problem, i renamed few notebooks to standardise naming and resolved the publishing error by overwriting live mode but now it still has conflict deploying them to test envo.

I have tried cloning renaming , deleting , even tried deleting the notebooks all together but no joy yet
