Restrict users

Hi All

I am using an Exchange hybrid environment. All my users are created on-premises and migrated to online. I am also using Intune for mobile device management. My users are assigned an E5 license. I have a requirement to restrict few users from accessing Microsoft Teams on their mobile devices, but these users should still be able to access Teams on their laptops/AVDs. How can I restrict these users from accessing Teams on their mobile devices? Please guide me.

We can create a Conditional Access policy to block some users accessing Microsoft Teams on mobile phone but allow laptops/AVDs.

Here are some steps you can refer.

1.Go to Intune portal > Click Devices > Click Conditional access > Click create new policy.

2.Select Select users and groups under Users > Select Microsoft Teams Service under Target resources > In Conditions, select Android and iOS under Device platforms > Select Block access under Grant.

3.Assign the policy to user group.
